We want you to feel completely confident shopping with Pentiex. Our policy is designed to be fair and clear, while protecting the hygiene and safety of products made for babies.

Important — hygiene policy for baby products
- For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective or damaged items are always replaced free of charge — see below.
1. Returns of unopened items
You may return unopened, unused items in their original, undamaged and sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them.
2. Items that cannot be returned (hygiene)
Because our products are used by babies and young children, items that have been opened, removed from their packaging, washed or used cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective. This is consistent with standard practice for baby and personal-care textiles. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
3. Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email support@pentiex.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
4. How to start a return
- Email support@pentiex.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Ship the unopened item(s) back using a tracked method. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
5. Return shipping costs
For eligible returns of unopened items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, in which case we cover it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Your statement shows the descriptor PENTIEX.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return an eligible unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, before dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable U.S. federal standards (CPSC).
